I invest in my dividend growth portfolio consistently on a weekly basis. I have found the consistency of dollar cost averaging into my holdings to be a valuable tool to achieve my dividend investing goals.
I am methodical in my buy choices and often buy the same group of stocks/funds week after week to build them up. This week is no different as my buy plan is the same as the previous 4-5 weeks now.
I will be buying equal amounts of the following funds this week:
SCHD – historically one of the best dividend ETFs and is broadly diversified
JEPI – covered call ETF with a high dividend payout
NUSI – covered call ETF that also buys downside protection to weather market downturns
DIVO – covered call ETF with great capital appreciation potential as well as good yield
